We just picked up these two sisters on Sunday (3/8/09) from a breeder near Houston. They are 5 months old in this video. Names have not yet been given.

are they standard or mini?
and what does "pie bald" ? i know it must refer to thier coloring ofcourse but I was just wondering where the origin of that description of the name came from?
I have a mini dachshund too….they are just the smartest, sweetest little dogs.

@13smiller13 They are all grown up now, about 3 years old. As you can see in some of my other videos, they are a cute as ever.
@pennsylvaniashay Some friends of mine have a brown eyed Piebald and he is also deaf, but definitely has a great sense of smell…lol. He is the sweetest and most funny dog I have ever seen…love him to death! I keep threatening to kidnap him!

@carrieluvv there are other animals wiith that name like horses and stuff. yeah it pretty much is their patterns or coloring.
