Ugly markings? Are you kidding me, that in a low white piebald. The reason there is so many dauchunds needing to be rescued is because they are a pretty popular breed and are common in puppy mills. The ones I saw her pull out were coming feet first so she was helping the mother get them out so they could breath.
love this video!!!Very sweet and precious!!!.:)
Why are you breaking the sacks too?!?! This is maddening, I have to stop watching. Any "expert" will tell you that you do NOT breed a dog under the age of 2 THREE TIMES! If you go type "what age should you breed a dog" in google most people say if you do not know the answer to that question you should NOT breed. However, the answer is between 2-3 years old. The dog is quite capable of doing all this and you are definitely too loud.
was that her first litter
I couldn’t bear to see my girls in pain, both were spayed, that and I couldn’ t have given their babies away nor sold them. I’d have a herd………thanks for sharing.
How all of you negitive people stfu its her dog let her do what she wants to do damn it always has to be that one person who has to have a smart ass remb
@cici30001 I’ve been doing this for 12 years. My Mom’s let me help. Sure, some feral or horribly socialized dogs might not let you help, but we all use our own judgment. And yes, I must be there to help pull, if necessary, and cut cords (or else run the risk of Mom cutting them too close or pulling too hard, and pulls a hole in the puppys’ stomach). I appreciate you sharing your vast knowledge of canine mid-wifing but I think I got it — thanks 🙂
YOU FUCKING RETARD YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO YANK THE PUPPIE FROM THE MOTHER, THAT HURTS AND CAN CAUSE VAGINA PROBLEMS, PLUSS, IF THE PUPPIES HAVE A HUMANS SCENT ON THEM THE MOTHER MIGHT REJECT THEM. -.- silly bitch
Precisely!
Love your video. thanks for sharing with us. We can’t wait to find the right dachshund for our family. Lisa
Wow. You are incredibly clueless.
Her tail wasn’t wagging. She was having a contraction. And she needed to be left alone in quite.
Wtf is ur problem dnt ever pull a new born outta a female doqs virgina are u mental aperantly u dnt noe how bad dat cud be like the video but u qotta yell sumthin out every min -.-
Keep something in mind….YOUR not the mother… I think you are giving just a little TOO much help.. Leave her be and she will be just fine. I see all the advice you are getting, some better than others. One thing to remember, that dog will do just great without you. One other thing…Keep your voice down, give her a little peace and quiet, just like you probably wanted when you gave birth.
Awww how cute u must have bin happy 😮
sory four partie roking?
Awww
wonderful video. thx for sharing
@DachingDoxies I count 63 days from the day of the first breeding. They will usually first breed around day 10 of the females heat.
@ldubz05 Yes, it definitely sound like she’s pregnant.
So stupid LET NATURE DO ITS COURSE!
A vet huh?!?
wats a sac
I wish you would have given the dog some piece and quiet and let her deliver her babies on her own instead of helping so much. Why is the dog being bred 3 times if she’s under 2 years old?Â
im getting one for my b-day
doing something "wrong" for 13 years doesnt make it right….and why are you breeding a dog with such ugly markings? why are you breeding period?!?! there are SOOOO many dachshunds who need to be rescued!
I’ve always heard you are not supposed to breed a dog until they are at least 2 years old. This woman also claims it’s this dog’s THIRD litter! I would really like to see her credentials and reasoning for being a self proclaimed "expert", because so far I see nothing "expert" about breeding a dog under 2 years old THREE TIMES!
Why are you so damn LOUD? Everytime a puppy is trying to get born you get so loud. It cannot be good for new mommy
Agreed, and well said. It was the dog’s third birth (not sure why she is breeding her so much), so I’m pretty sure the dog knows what to do by now. Just the fact she said the dog was "wagging it’s tail" out of excitement clues me in that she is not as much of an expert as she claims to be. I know of at least 3 different litters of dachshund puppies in 3 different high kill shelters. If she was an expert she wouldn’t be breeding her.
Its blocked in France, I can’t watch it.
No, all is fine. I have been doing this for 13 years and know what I am doing.
Calm down will you. What exactly are your qualifications and reasoning behind your information? If you have none then pipe down and shut it!
My dapple is almost 8 months no heat yet just don’t want the blood all over the new place lol
I have a dauchsaund she has a toy when we say go get baby she runs to it and brings it over!
@macymarcantel No, this was her 3rd litter.
Oh God… this mommy is simply awesome!!!
Know that
yeah im preety sure your not supposed to pull them out unless their actually stuck in the birth canal
Gosh, sounds like you’re a real expert on the subject. Please, e-mail me at molly@morlinos.com with all of your incredible insights and experience! I am DYING to learn more!
I LOVE Dachshunds, they are my favorite dog but watching this really pissed me off. The woman is more worried about the color of the puppies than she was the health of the baby. She needs to realize that giving birth does not cause a dog’s tail to wag, but pain and contractions do. Beautiful babies, but shitty owners.
What a wonderful tape!
You really did a good job!
l dont not think you should have that dog l fell very sad for the dog
I have a male choc./tan and a female choc./tan dapple both of which are short hair minis. My female went into heat and my male got her at least 5 times during her heat. It has been about a month or so since. She has recently starting to gain weight and my male is going nuts and wants to lick her belly and backside constantly… Is this a sign she is pregnant or what?? I have never seen this behavior from dogs before when or if the female is pregnant. Thanks for any info.
*remark
So that’s how my little mini doxie got here. She old and gray now, but what a little cutie she was (and still is)`
omfg lady plz give your dog space. when she gives birth plz let her lick her baby like don’t freaking interfere GOSH
10th october…YAYY MY BIRTHDAY!!! #justsaying… 😉
Please don’t pull the babies out. You could really hurt the mother’s birth canal. Also let the mother tear off the sack herself. You claim to be professional, but I see nothing professional about this.
And this is her 3rd litter? How old was she when you started breeding her? I’ve always heard you should wait until the dog is at least 2 years old before you breed them.
