All the people in here judging people for filming their dog have a seizure it is one of the things vets ask you to do in order for them to help diagnose what’s going on. In addition, posting these videos online gives other dog owners an idea what to look out for in a seizure. If you can’t get your head round that, then you’re absolutely ridiculous!
What you should do is get on the internet and research how you can help her . Take her to 24 hr vet hospital etc . Instead of just YouTube her and rubbing her belly lol .
It is ridiculous that people rather YouTube their dog in pain and misery then trying to educate , googling the internet , or taking their pet to a vet . Dogs can die from Eclampsia !!!
you did wonderful. you kept calm. you gave the dog enough space to wiggle around. and your hand position was perfect. and at the I loved how you said. hey in a calm voice.
I am so sorry to see it. I have a 3 year old dash hunt dog. He was diagnosed by Epilepsy in October then he was taking a combination of 2 medication which has bad side effects on his liver. Although he was taking 7 pills per day, he kept having seizures that were very hurtful. His neurologist decided to double the medication 14 pills / day!!!!
It was unacceptable. My husband and I started searching about Dod seizures and we finally came up to a decision to change his food from high quality commercial dog foods to homemade food also we stop giving him pet stores treats.
After a month trying this new way of feeding him, we now surprisingly noticed that his seizures reduced to one in 20 days and very mild and short. You may try if you like and see the difference.

Hey. It may be too late but..There is this fruit called Aloe Vera. Try to find it… Because my dog used to have really bad seizures, so i started using Aloe Vera and they cured my dog from seizures. If you use this fruit, remember to cut the ends, cut the skins and your left with the gel feed it to them ( make sure your dogs diet is healthy) and wait for results. The reason why dogs and humans have seizures is because, it has to do with the brain. And when we eat you make your brain healthier. Anyway…. It has to do with what humans, and what dogs eat. You can continue feeding your dog what she is eating now.. Just add Aloe Vera.

I love the love in your voice for her. I’m glad I saw this because when my dachshund had a seizure in the middle of the night I knew what it was

i feel bad i just looked this up cause i think my dog had one so i wanted to see what it looked like as a dog so hope she is fine
