  1. Hey, that’s good physical AND mental exercise for them! They really get to use their instincts! It’s like running after a badger, fox, or rabbit! 🙂 🙂 🙂

  2. i have a doxie blue heeler mix who went crazy the first few times i played this video..he stood on the stairs and looked around before he ran to the kitchen and started barking his little head off…thank you for the cute video and the laughs we got from Lazarus when hearing this video.

  3. A lot of your dogs are fat. This is one of the worse things for a dachshund’s health. Their backs can’t take any extra weight. Eventually they will have a back injury like a ruptured disk and become paralyzed.

  4. "Laugh if you want but the little man driving the truck doesn’t think it’s very funny."
@ignoblius*little man truck driver* "Aww! **** Where’d this stampede of giant dachshunds come from?" XD

  5. Yeah I love dachshunds! If I could I would raise an army of them and strap machine guns on their backs. Weenies, they don’t give a f*#k.

  6. @chakdeychar Johann was blessed to have shared his life with such a loving human! And it make not ease the pain, but believe me when I say that when he crossed the Rainbow Bridge his heart was filled with all the love & happy memories you shared. And who knows? Maybe Johann will nudge another sweet doxie into your life.

  7. Oh man, drink a few beers while chasing the dogs around for exercise. People doubt southerns. Efficiency is intelligent laziness.

  8. @gulfgypsy Oh how right you are. Johann has nudged not one but two doxies into my life. He has doubled the love sent back to me on earth. Wherever Johann may be, I know he is always with me in spirit. I feel him in the two doxies I now have, my world has come back to bloom again. Thankyou for your kind words.

Glad you liked the video. We actually got rid of the pool (too expensive and way too much work) so now we have lots more room to play but now they can’t hide and sneak attack anymore. Have you seen our other clip, "Dachshund Road Rage II, Hired Gun"? We added more pets in the story about the dogs looking for a hired gun to take out the truck for them.
    :o)

  10. Blahaha the fat black one is always behind! He’s like, " fuck you truck…*huff puff*…I’ll get you! *huff huff*…I’ll catch up to you guys…*gasp*.." XD

That was Trooper Joe (pit/lab mix), the sweetest baby ever!!!. He always ignored the little ones, not to mention he was 15 years old. He would just give them a look like "Yall are crazy"!! lol We had to have him put down 2 years ago…the hardest thing I have ever had to do!!!! Watch our other clip, "Dachshund Road Rage II, Hired Gun". The weiners needed to hire someone big enough to take out that darn truck!!!!

  12. @VanessaMakesVideos i used to breed my Dachshund and Chihuahua but i lost them both they had very adorable puppies!! (:

That wonderful old geezer dog was named Trooper Joe, he was my baby but passed away 2 years ago at the age of 15. Losing a 4 legged child hurts alot too. Glad you enjoyed the clip!! Thanks!!!

  14. AWESOME video…..such a novel idea………Hey…..what`s NOT to love about Dachshunds…..the energy….playfullness….and they are soooo smart……My Doxie…Shotzi had 6 of the cutest puppyheads you`ve ever seen…..click my name to go to my channel to have a look… the longer vid is stills and video of them playing in the yard with mommy……..if you can watch it and not smile……chances are you`re not from this planet………..by the by…..BIG thumbs up on your vid…..well done

  15. By far the most underestimated breed on the planet. I would rather go toe to toe with a doberman or german shepard than two or three well trained, standard sized dachshunds.
