looks like a good momma, she is a pretty dog and those pups are cute. I saw the flea too, but I think puppies at this age have to be older to get flea treatment, you don’t do that at 10 days old

There man be a "flea" but I doubt there is a full blown flea infestation. One lone flea is not nearly as bad as the toxins used to kill them.
Please remember to take care of your Dachshunds back! No jumping off of couches or other high objects, no sitting pretty for extended periods of time.

My dachshund just had 5 puppies. We also have a boy dog, who showed up at our house w no home, but he is a mutt…. There’s a boy dachshund that lives down the road…. Goodness I hope it’s the dachshund…. Lol

Everyone loves doggy footage on Youtube. I waste tons of time doing this.
BUT the large majority of pet owners are bit by bit KILLING their family dogs (without realizing it)! The shit companies put into dog food will cause cancer and tends to make family dogs die early. I figured that out the tough way when my pooch passed away aged 5.
In order to save your pet’s life look for Double Life Dog Diet (Google it.) I’m sure grateful I was able to!

does does anyone else see that the mom is skinny and maybe the mom recently had fleas and the puppies have them because the flea meds might not be good to be on the puppies and if the mom has it the meds might get into her milk just think of the possibilities
